When registering .nl domains, applicants are required by the regulations of the Netherlands Foundation for Internet Domain Registration (SIDN) to complete and sign a registration agreement. By doing so, you declare -among other things- that registering the domain will not infringe on (trademark) rights hold by third parties. A sample agreement is included above, the final agreement will be generated during the order process.

Refund policy
Domain registrations are processed instantly. As such we are unfortuneately unable to provide any refunds.Since a domain registration is a custom made product (you specify the name), no right of withdrawal exists either.
